Los Angeles (October 18, 2010) - Screen Actors Guild Hollywood Division Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of New York Division today elected 1st vice President and the 2nd Vice-President of the Union.
The Board of Directors of Hollywood has elected Ned Vaughn 1st Vice President of the Corporation of the actors in cinema. 1St vice President also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hollywood. The Board of Trustees of New York was re-elected President of the Division Mike Hodge at the Screen Actors Guild 2nd Vice-Chairman.
1st Vice President Ned Vaughn said: "I am honoured to serve as the Screen Actors Guild 1st vice President and privileged to represent the members here at Hollywood.Les last election of the Board of Directors have clearly indicated: Hollywood members overwhelmingly want interpreters in a Union, not divided into two." Vaughn is serving his first term on the Screen Actors Guild National Board of Directors and his second term as a member of the Board of Directors of Hollywood Division.Vaughn is a career with the list of credits include roles in major, including Apollo 13, the hunt for Red October films, Courage Under Fire and Frost/Nixon as guest star and a recurring role in hit TV such as 24, Mad Men, Desperate Housewives, The Mentalist and right of the next Harry series among others.
